Wolvestown is a family-owned engineering and construction company with a reputation built on trust, transparency, and results. We serve clients across the U.S. and Mexico with end-to-end solutions — from design and construction to maintenance and project oversight.

Founded in Texas in 2020, and with roots dating back to 2009 as GABCA Construction, our team brings global expertise and local knowledge to every project. Whether we’re supporting a school district, a healthcare system, or a private developer, we deliver with consistency, integrity, and care.

OUR TEAM

Gabriel Cajigas
President

Gabriel Cajigas is a licensed professional engineer with over 15 years of experience in structural, civil, and industrial engineering. He has led large-scale construction and infrastructure projects across the U.S. and Mexico, including work with public agencies and multinational clients. As President of Wolvestown LLC, he oversees design-build strategy, project execution, and quality standards. His technical leadership continues to guide the company’s growth in both institutional and private-sector markets.

Suzzet Rivera
Chief Administrative Officer

Suzzet Rivera is a Business Administrator with over 15 years of experience in finance and a background as a Bilingual Educator. Her dual expertise in operations and human development allows her to lead with both structure and empathy. As Chief Administrative Officer at Wolvestown, she oversees all administrative systems and staff. She is dedicated to building a high-performance workplace grounded in transparency, collaboration, and efficiency.

OUR CERTIFICATIONS

Wolvestown LLC started its Texas operations in 2020, with more than a decade of history overseas as GABCA Construction, founded in 2009 by our actual President. Since then, we’ve been nurturing long lasting industry relationships and sustainable supply chains.

We are strongly committed to providing our clients with the utmost high-quality projects. This mindset can only be met if we are up to date with our accreditation programs. The Construction Career Collaborative (C3) Craft Training Endorsement Program provides recognition to world-class construction firms that have documented and implemented training programs that demonstrate corporate leadership commitment to the development of craft workers by implementing craft training programs tied to career paths. Wolvestown is proudly recognized and certified by the Construction Career Collaborative.
